This page contains the event lists and instrument response functions described in the 2022 HAWC paper published in Astronomy and Astrophysics: Validation of standardized data formats and tools for ground-level particle-based gamma-ray observatories. This dataset can be used to reproduce the joint fit shown in Figure 8 of the paper.

Provided here are two separate datasets comprising the same time range but where the data is reconstructed with different energy estimators (see this paper for a detailed description).

The dataset follows the standard for gamma-ray astronomy described here, for more details see the paper linked above.

In order to easily access the datasets, two index tables are provided per dataset (see here for details).

• obs-index table for the NN dataset
• hdu-index table for the NN dataset
• obs-index table for the GP dataset
• hdu-index table for the GP dataset
